Creamy Chicken Stew
A rich and creamy Indian-inspired stew made with tender chicken and a variety of spices.
Ingredients
- β1 lb brazilian chickenboneless and skinless
- β2 tbsp melted buttermelted
- β1 cup milky creamheavy cream
- β1 can stewdiced tomatoes
- β1 tsp garam masalaground
- β1 tsp cumin powderground
- β1 tsp coriander powderground
- β1/2 tsp turmeric powderground
- β1/2 tsp red chili powderground
- βto taste salt

Heat the melted butter in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the brazilian chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the stew and stir to combine.

Pour in the milky cream and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to low and let the stew cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
