Melted Middle Eastern Gratin
A creamy, cheesy side dish inspired by the flavors of the Middle East. This gratin is perfect for a dinner party or special occasion.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups, cubed Middle Eastern flatbread
- β2 cups, shredded Melted cheese blend
- β2 tsp, mix of cumin, coriander, and paprika Eastern spices
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βchopped, for garnish Fresh parsley

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, toss the cubed flatbread with 1 tbsp olive oil, Eastern spices, and garlic until well coated.

Transfer the flatbread mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix the melted cheese blend with the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil.

Pour the cheese mixture over the flatbread mixture in the baking dish.

Season with salt to taste.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
