Croatian Tagine Tortillas
A unique fusion of Croatian and Moroccan flavors, these gooey tortillas are perfect for a snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- β4 Croatian tortillaspreferably homemade
- β1 cup Melted mozzarella cheeseshredded or sliced
- β1/2 cup Gooey caramel saucehomemade or store-bought
- βchopped Fresh parsleyoptional garnish
- β1 tsp Tagine spice blendmix of cumin, coriander, and paprika
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Freshly ground black pepper

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Lay the tortillas on a flat surface and sprinkle with tagine spice blend.

Top each tortilla with a spoonful of gooey caramel sauce.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the caramel sauce.

Fold the tortillas in half to enclose the filling.

Place the tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
