French Toast with Roast Beef
A French-inspired breakfast dish featuring toasted bread topped with melted cheese and roast beef.

- β1 cup shredded Melted Cheese
- β2 large Eggs
- β1 cup Milk
- β2 tbsp Butter

In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Dip each bread slice into the egg mixture, coating both sides.

Place the bread slices in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Meanwhile, slice the roast beef into thin strips.
