Crispy Chinese Chicken Stamppot
A twist on traditional stamppot, this Chinese-inspired dish features crispy chicken and a side of steamed vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds chicken legscut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 cups stamppotsee note for homemade stamppot recipe
- β2 tablespoons melted butter
- βto taste flaky sea salt
- β1/2 teaspoon dutch paprika
- β1/4 cup chopped scallions

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, toss the chicken pieces with melted butter, flaky sea salt, and dutch paprika until evenly coated.

Spread the chicken out in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the chicken is baking, steam the stamppot according to package instructions.

Once the chicken is done, toss it with chopped scallions and serve over steamed stamppot.

Garnish with additional scallions and flaky sea salt if desired.
