Sweet Tunisian Banana Tagine
A traditional Tunisian dessert made with ripe bananas, sweet tagine, and a hint of mellow spices.
Ingredients

- ●2 cups sweet taginedried
- ●1 tsp mellowground cinnamon
- ●1 cup water

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel the bananas and slice them into 1-inch pieces.

In a large bowl, mix together the sliced bananas, sweet tagine, and mellow.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Add the water to the baking dish and stir to combine.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the bananas are tender and the tagine is caramelized.
