Saudi Arabian Squash Wrap
A flavorful and healthy wrap filled with roasted squash, mellow spices, and crispy Arabian-style bread.
Ingredients
- β1 medium, peeled and cubed butternut squash
- β1 tsp, ground mellow
- β1 tsp, ground arabian
- β1 large, whole wheat wrap
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Toss the squash cubes with olive oil, mellow, and arabian in a bowl.

Spread the squash mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until tender.

Warm the wrap in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until crispy.

Assemble the wrap by spreading the roasted squash down the center, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Season with salt to taste.

Fold the bottom edge of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up the wrap to form a tight cylinder.
