Uruguayan Mellow Steak
A keto recipe featuring a delicious Uruguayan steak seasoned with mellow and peppery flavors.
Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds Uruguayan steakRibeye or strip loin
- β2 tablespoons Mellow seasoningUse a combination of oregano, thyme, and basil
- β1 tablespoon Peppery seasoningUse black pepper
- β1 teaspoon Bake seasoningUse paprika
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilFor brushing the steak
- β1/4 cup Ikura (optional)For garnish

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the steak with mellow and peppery seasoning.

Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side.
