Spicy Korean Shrimp Stew
A spicy and flavorful stew made with succulent shrimp and a blend of Korean spices. This dish is perfect for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients

- β2 medium mellowpeeled and sliced
- β1 tsp korean chili flakes (gochugaru)adjust to desired level of spiciness
- β2 tbsp soy saucelow-sodium
- β1 tsp brown sugaroptional
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped
- β1 tsp sesame oilfor garnish
- β2 cups stewstock or water

Heat the sesame oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, until pink and cooked through.

Add the sliced mellow, Korean chili flakes, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir to combine.
