Japanese Shio Ramen Soup
A traditional Japanese ramen soup made with rich pork broth and topped with savory shio, mellow noodles, and crunchy vegetables.

- β200g Mellow Ramen Noodles
- β4-5 Pork Bones
- β2 tablespoons Shio
- β2 stalks Celery
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- β1 stalk Green Onion

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Place the pork bones on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned.

3. In a large stockpot, combine the roasted pork bones, celery, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Pour in enough water to cover the bones.

4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 4-5 hours, or until the broth is rich and flavorful.

5. Cook the mellow ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

6. Strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean pot, discarding the solids.
