Spanish-Style Paella
A traditional Spanish paella dish made with mellow rice, earthy vegetables, and flavorful seafood. This recipe serves 4 and can be prepared in about 45 minutes.
Ingredients

- β1 large Mellow onion
- β1 large Earthy bell pepper
- β2 cups Fish broth
- β1 pound Fish (such as shrimp or cod)
- β2 teaspoons Paella spice blend
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
