Chinese Beef Tagine
A unique fusion of Chinese and Mediterranean flavors, featuring tender beef in a rich and spicy tagine sauce.
Ingredients

- ●100g mediterranean olivespitted
- ●2 charred red peppersroasted
- ●2 tsp tagine spice blendor to taste
- ●2 tbsp soy sauceor to taste
- ●1 tsp brown sugaror to taste
- ●1 tbsp rice vinegaror to taste
Instructions

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add 1 tbsp of oil and cook beef until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove beef from heat and set aside.

In the same wok, add another tbsp of oil and sauté the olives, peppers, and tagine spice blend until the peppers are tender.

Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar to the wok, stirring to combine.

Return beef to the wok and stir to coat with the sauce.

Simmer for an additional 5 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through.

Serve beef hot, garnished with additional peppers and olives if desired.
