Chicken Bliss Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew made with tender chicken, vegetables, and a hint of Mediterranean spices. Serve with a side of crusty bread for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons mediterranean bliss spice blendavailable at most spice stores or online
- β4 cups chicken stockhomemade or store-bought
- β1 large onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 medium carrotspeeled and chopped
- β2 medium potatoespeeled and chopped
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor cooking
- β1 teaspoon saltoptional
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepperoptional
