- β2 cups Rieu (Mushroom) broth
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β1 medium, thinly sliced Onion
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1-inch piece, grated Ginger
- β200g Beef-free 'beef' strips (Tofu or Seitan)
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tbsp Maple syrup

Cook the Rieu broth and set aside.
