Hearty Beef Stew
A tender and flavorful stew made with slow-cooked beef and root vegetables.

- β200g brisketcut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 cup stewbeef stew mix
- β200g springypeeled and chopped
- β200g maltychopped
- β2 medium polishpeeled and chopped

Instructions

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add beef and brisket, cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add stew mix, springy, malty, and polish, stir to combine.

Add enough water to cover the ingredients, bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2 hours.

Remove cover, stir and continue to simmer for another 30 minutes.
