Baja Fish Tacos
A delicious and light Baja-style fish taco recipe with crispy battered fish, topped with fresh cilantro, crunchy cabbage, and a squeeze of lime.
Ingredients
- β4 fillets Fish (Battered)Any white fish such as cod or tilapia
- β1 bunch SpringyFresh cilantro for garnish
- β1 cup MaltyBread crumbs for coating
- β1 packet MexicanTaco seasoning
- β1 head CabbageShredded
- β2 LimeJuice and wedges
- β8 shells TacosCorn or flour
