Turkish Kofte Stir Fry
A Chinese-inspired stir fry dish featuring Turkish kofte and a variety of vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 package (approx. 20 pieces) Turkish kofte
- β2 tablespoons malty
- β1 tablespoon cocoa
- β1 tablespoon romantic
- β2 tablespoons molten
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor stir-frying
- β2 bell peppersany color
- β1 onion
- β3 cloves garlic
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the kofte and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned.

Remove the kofte from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the bell peppers and onion to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until tender.

Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.

Return the kofte to the skillet and stir in the malty, cocoa, and romantic.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the kofte is coated in the sauce.
