Thai Coconut Paska Bread
A sweet and fluffy Ukrainian-inspired bread infused with the flavors of Thailand, perfect for breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients
- β1 packet malty yeastactive dry yeast
- β2 cups dense flourall-purpose flour
- β1 cup ukrainian paskaground paska
- β1 cup bake sugargranulated sugar
- β1 can coconut milkfull-fat coconut milk
- β1 egglarge egg
- β1/4 cup coconut oilmelted coconut oil

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine yeast and warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

2. Add flour, paska, sugar, and egg to the bowl. Mix until a sticky dough forms.

3. Add coconut milk and melted coconut oil to the dough. Mix until well combined.

4. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

6. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

7. Punch down the dough and shape it into a round loaf.
