Baked British Fish with Malt Glaze and Chips
A classic British dish with a French twist, featuring baked fish, a malty glaze, and crispy chips.

- ●2 cups chipsfrench fries
- ●1 medium eggplantoptional, for serving

Season the fish with salt, pepper, and thyme.

Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle the malt vinegar over the fish and sprinkle with malt.
