Saudi Arabian Pine Nut Fritters
A crunchy and aromatic Indian-inspired sweet treat, made with pine nuts and a hint of saudi spices.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Pine nuts
- β1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- β1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
- β1/4 cup Ghee or vegetable oil
- β1/4 teaspoon Cardamom powder

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add pine nuts, sugar, and cardamom powder to the bowl, and mix until well combined.

Gradually add ghee or vegetable oil to the mixture, and mix until a dough forms.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
