Grilled Fish Wrap
A delicious and healthy wrap filled with grilled fish, crunchy vegetables, and flavorful Vietnamese herbs.
Ingredients
- β4 ounces Fish fillet (any white fish)
- β2 Vietnamese rice paper wraps
- β1/2 cup Caramelized onions
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
- β2 tablespoons Crushed peanuts
- β2 Lime wedges
- β1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- βto taste Salt and pepper

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper.

Grill the fish for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, toast the rice paper wraps on the grill for 1-2 minutes.

Assemble the wrap by placing the grilled fish in the center, followed by caramelized onions, cilantro leaves, crushed peanuts, and a squeeze of lime juice.

Dip the wrap in Sriracha sauce and serve immediately.

Serve with additional lime wedges and Sriracha sauce on the side.
