Spicy Thai Pepper Stir Fry

- β4 Magically sweet red peppers
- β8 oz Gooey tacu
- β8 oz Peruvian tacu
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β2 tsp Thai red curry paste
- β1 tsp Fish sauce
- β1 tsp Soy sauce
- β1 tbsp Sugarcane juice

Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the Thai red curry paste and stir for 1 minute.

Add the magically sweet red peppers and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add the gooey tacu and peruvian tacu, and stir-fry for an additional 4-5 minutes.

Season with fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugarcane juice.

Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
