Garlicky Haddock Skewers
A flavorful and healthy dish featuring haddock fillets marinated in a garlicky mixture and grilled to perfection on skewers.
Ingredients
- β4 Haddock filletsabout 120g each
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup Magically infused oilor regular olive oil
- β2 tbsp Canadian maple syrupadjust to taste
- β10-12 Skewerswooden or metal

1. In a blender or food processor, combine garlic, magically infused oil, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.

2. Place the haddock fillets in a large bowl and pour the garlicky mixture over them. Toss to coat.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

5. Thread 2-3 haddock pieces onto each skewer, leaving a small space between each piece.

6. Brush the grill with oil to prevent sticking.
