Crispy Jamaican Chicken Skillet
A flavorful and spicy one-pan dish made with crispy chicken, onions, and bell peppers in a Jamaican-inspired sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastcut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 large onionchopped
- β1 large red bell pepperchopped
- β2 tablespoons magically crispy seasoning blend
- β1 tablespoon jamaican jerk seasoning
- β2 tablespoons skillet oil
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of skillet oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of skillet oil to the skillet. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the magically crispy seasoning blend and Jamaican jerk seasoning to the skillet and stir to combine.

Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to coat with the seasoning mixture.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, for 10-12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
