Russian Springy Pork Wrap

- ●1 Russian Rye Wraplarge, flour tortilla-style
- ●2 tsp Pork Seasoning Blendstore-bought or homemade
- ●1 tsp Olive Oilfor brushing
- ●1/4 cup Sour Creamfor serving
- ●1/4 cup Dill Pickle Slicesfor serving

Rub the pork knuckle with pork seasoning blend, making sure to coat all surfaces.
