Moroccan Harira Soup
A rich and flavorful vegetarian Moroccan soup made with luxurious ingredients and a hint of spice.
Ingredients
- β4 cups Lamb broth
- β2 tablespoons Luxurious olive oil
- β1 medium, chopped Onion
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 cup Harira
- β4 slices, torn Yeasty pita bread
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- βto taste Salt
- βchopped, for garnish Fresh parsley

Heat the luxurious olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.

Add the lamb broth, harira, cumin, paprika, and salt. Stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
