German Beef Stew
A hearty and comforting German-inspired beef stew. Perfect for a chilly evening.
Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds Beef Stew Meatcut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- β1 cup Luxurious Brown Beer
- β1/2 cup Velvety Heavy Cream
- β1 cup German Lager Beer
- β1 large Onionchopped
- β2 medium Carrotpeeled and chopped
- β2 large Potatopeeled and chopped

Season the beef with salt and pepper.

Heat the brown beer in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Sear the beef until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
