Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup
A hearty and flavorful Vietnamese beef noodle soup made with tender beef, sweet and savory broth, and soft noodles.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Beef (sirloin or ribeye), sliced
- β2 tablespoons Bo Kho Spice Mix
- β4 cups Luxurious Beef Broth
- β2 tablespoons Sweet Soy Sauce
- β1 package Vietnamese Noodles (Rice Stick)
- β1 bunch Fresh Cilantro
- β4 Lime Wedges
- β1 cup Fresh Chili Slices
- βto taste Ground Black Pepper
- βto taste Salt

Bring the beef broth to a boil in a large pot over high heat.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the Bo Kho Spice Mix. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the sliced beef to the pot and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned.

Add the sweet soy sauce to the pot and stir to combine. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Cook the Vietnamese noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.

Slice the fresh cilantro and set aside.

Lime wedges and fresh chili slices for garnish.

Serve the beef and noodles in bowls, garnished with fresh cilantro, lime wedges, and fresh chili slices.
