Grilled Yakitori with Shiitake Mushrooms
A classic Japanese skewer dish featuring marinated chicken and sautéed shiitake mushrooms. Perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients

- ●8 ounces, sliced shiitake mushroomsfresh or dried
- ●1/2 cup yakitori saucestore-bought or homemade
- ●2 tablespoons soy sauceJapanese or regular
- ●1 tablespoon sugargranulated
- ●1/4 cup, chopped green onionsoptional
- ●2 tablespoons sesame oilfor brushing
