Japanese Tamagoyaki Omelette with Tofu
A Japanese-inspired omelette made with tamagoyaki and firm tofu, perfect for a quick and easy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- β1/2 block (150g) Firm tofu
- β1 roll (100g) Tamagoyaki
- β2 tsp Luxurious Japanese soy sauce
- β1 tsp Japanese rice vinegar
- β1 tsp Sesame oil
- βto taste Scallions, thinly sliced
- β Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Cut the firm tofu into small cubes.

2. Slice the tamagoyaki roll into thin strips.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and rice vinegar.

4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

5. Add the sesame oil and swirl to coat the pan.

6. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

7. Add the tamagoyaki strips and cook for another minute.

8. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the tofu and tamagoyaki.
