Pan-Seared Portuguese Fish with Skillet Fries
A delicious and easy-to-make Portuguese-inspired dish with pan-seared fish and crispy skillet fries.
Ingredients
- β1/4 cup Luxurious Port Winefor marinating
- β4 Flaky Cod Filletsfresh and sustainable
- β2 large Skillet Potatoespeeled and cut into fry shapes
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oilfor frying
- βchopped Fresh Parsleyfor garnish

1. Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper.

3. Add the olive oil to the preheated skillet and sear the fish for 2-3 minutes per side.

4. Remove the fish from the skillet and set aside.

5. Add the sliced potatoes to the skillet and fry until crispy and golden brown.

6. Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside with the fish.

7. Add the Port wine to the skillet and reduce over medium heat until almost completely evaporated.
