Australian Shirataki Pasta Bake
A creamy, cheesy pasta bake with a twist of Australian flavors. This dish combines the low-carb benefits of shirataki noodles with the richness of luxurious cheese.
Ingredients
- ●250g Shirataki noodlesdrained and rinsed
- ●120g Pastadried, broken into small pieces
- ●150g Luxurious cheesegrated, mixed cheddar and parmesan
- ●60g Australian cream cheesesoftened
- ●150g Sliced mushroomssuch as button or cremini
- ●20g Chopped fresh parsleyfor garnish

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook the shirataki noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse them.

In a large skillet, sauté the sliced mushrooms in a little bit of oil until they're softened.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine the luxurious cheese, Australian cream cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Add the cooked pasta and shirataki noodles to the cheese mixture, and stir until everything is well coated.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish, and top it with the sautéed mushrooms.

Bake the pasta bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
