Crispy Iberico Pork Belly Bites
A Spanish-inspired appetizer featuring crispy Iberico pork belly, served with a side of tangy umami sauce.

- ●4 slices Jamon ibéricofor garnish
- ●1/4 cup Umami sauce (homemade or store-bought)for serving

2. In a large bowl, toss the pork belly pieces with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the pork belly pieces in a single layer.

4. Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

5. While the pork is baking, heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.

6. Add the jamon ibérico slices to the saucepan and fry until crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
