Seared Tuna Bowl with Spicy Korean Sauce
A quick and flavorful bowl dish featuring seared tuna, spicy Korean sauce, and a bed of lush greens.
Ingredients

- β4 cups mixed greens Lush Greens
- β1 tsp Korean Chili Flakes
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- β1 tsp (grated) Ginger
- β1 tsp Sesame Oil
- β1/4 cup (thinly sliced) Green Onions
- β1 tsp Sesame Seeds

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, and Korean chili flakes.

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add tuna steaks and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.

Transfer tuna to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.

Add sliced green onions to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, or until slightly softened.

Pour the Korean sauce into the skillet and bring to a simmer.
