Creamy Ukrainian Wild Rice Bowl
A hearty and comforting dish that combines the nutty flavor of wild rice with the creaminess of a wine-infused sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Wild Rice
- β2 cups Luscious Mushrooms
- β1 cup Wine
- β2 cups Rice
- β1 cup Noodle
- β2 tablespoons Butter
- β1 cup Milk
- β2 tablespoons Sour Cream
- β1/4 cup Fresh Dill

1. In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.

2. Add the wild rice and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

3. Add 2 cups of water to the saucepan and bring to a boil.

4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 40-45 minutes, or until the rice is tender.

5. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
