Argentinian Skillet Steak
A smoky and flavorful Argentinian-inspired dish featuring a skillet-seared steak, served with a side of sautéed onions and bell peppers.
Ingredients
- ●1.5 lbs Skillet steak (1.5 lbs)
- ●1 large Red onion
- ●1 large Bell pepper (any color)
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●2 tsp Smoky luscious seasoning blend
- ●2 tbsp Olive oil
- ●to taste Salt and pepper

Preheat skillet to medium-high heat.

Season steak with smoky luscious seasoning blend and let sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.

Sear steak in skillet for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 130°F for medium-rare.

Transfer steak to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes.

In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté sliced onions and bell peppers until tender.

Add garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1 minute.
