Saudi Arabian Lamb Kebab
A flavorful and tender lamb kebab dish from Saudi Arabia, served with a side of tangy sauce.
Ingredients

- ●1/4 cup Saudi Arabian Burger Saucesee instructions for homemade sauce
- ●2 tablespoons Arabian Spicesmix of cumin, coriander, and turmeric
- ●2 tablespoons Lemon Juicefreshly squeezed
- ●2 tablespoons Olive Oilfor brushing
- ●1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsleyfor garnish

Preheat grill to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together Arabian Spices, Lemon Juice, and Olive Oil.

Add the cubed lamb to the marinade and mix until coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
