Mushroom and Ovoli Gratins with Polish Sides
A delicious Chinese-inspired take on a classic gratin dish, featuring sautéed mushrooms, ovoli, and a side of polish flair.
Ingredients
- ●1 cup sliced Mushroom
- ●2 medium Ovoli
- ●2 tbsp Polishsuch as pickled mustard seeds
- ●1/2 cup grated cheese Gratin
- ●2 tbsp soy sauce Luscious
- ●1/4 cup Olive oil
- ●2 cloves Garlic
- ● Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat.

Sauté the sliced mushrooms until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the sliced ovoli and cook for 2 minutes.

Stir in 2 tbsp of soy sauce and 2 tbsp of pickled mustard seeds.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with grated cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
