Tunisian Chickpea Stew with Luscious Tagine
A hearty North African stew made with chickpeas, tagine, and aromatic spices. This recipe is a classic example of Tunisian cuisine and is perfect for a chilly evening.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons tagine
- β2 tablespoons luscioushoney or maple syrup
- β1 teaspoon nuttyground almonds
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon coriander
- β1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
