Jamaican Fried Dumplings Flatbread
A twist on traditional flatbread, filled with spiced dumplings and fried to perfection.
Ingredients

- ●1 package Jamaican Fried Dumplings
- ●1 tsp Monsoon Seasoning Blend
- ●1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
Instructions

Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the flatbread into 4 triangles.

Cut the Jamaican fried dumplings into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix together the monsoon seasoning blend and a pinch of salt.

Dredge the flatbread triangles in the seasoned mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Fry the flatbread triangles in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Drain the fried flatbread on paper towels.

Fry the Jamaican fried dumplings in batches until crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
