Eastern Lamb Stir Fry
A Chinese-inspired dish featuring lamb cooked in a savory sauce with a hint of spice, served with steamed vegetables.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb strips
- β2 teaspoons Middle Eastern lamb tagine spice blend
- β2 cups Luscious eastern rice
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1-inch piece Ginger
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sugar
- β1 cup Peeled and chopped carrots

Heat oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add lamb and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove lamb from pan and set aside.

Add more oil if necessary, then add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.

Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sugar, and stir to combine.

Return lamb to the pan and stir to coat with sauce.
