Italian Bravas Frittata
A flavorful Italian frittata filled with roasted bravas peppers and onions, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

- β1 Bravas Pepper
- β1/2 Lonion
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Freshly ground black pepper
- β1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roast the bravas pepper in the oven for 30 minutes, then peel and chop it.

In a large skillet, cook the lonion over medium heat until softened.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chopped pepper, cooked lonion, and Parmesan cheese to the bowl and stir to combine.
