Molten Japanese Stir Fry
A quick and easy Japanese-inspired stir fry made with tender beef and crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients
- β8 oz (225g) Beef (sirloin or ribeye)
- β2 tbsp (30ml) Olive oil
- β2 tbsp (30ml) Soy sauce
- β1 tsp (5g) Brown sugar
- β1 tsp (5g) Ginger (grated)
- β1 clove Garlic (minced)
- β8 oz (225g) Snow peas
- β1 medium Carrots
- βchopped (for garnish) Green onions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.

In the same wok, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the snow peas and carrots and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.

Add the grated ginger and minced garlic to the wok and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Return the beef to the wok and stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, and cooked vegetables.

Cook for an additional 2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the beef is coated.

Transfer the stir fry to a serving platter and garnish with chopped green onions.
