Herbal Stir Fry
A quick and easy vegetarian stir fry made with crunchy low-fat ingredients, infused with herbal flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 bunch Broccoli
- β2 medium Carrots
- β2 Bell Peppers
- β2 tbsp Low-Fat Stir Fry Sauce
- β2 tbsp Herbal Oils
- β1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Ginger
- β1/4 cup Crunchy Fried Shallots

Heat 1 tbsp of herbal oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables start to soften.

Add the garlic and ginger. Cook for another minute, stirring constantly.

Pour in the low-fat stir fry sauce and stir to coat the vegetables.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
