Brazilian Lasagna
A twist on the classic Italian dish, this Brazilian-inspired lasagna combines rich cheese and flavorful meat.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Ground beef80/20 lean to fat ratio
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β8-10 sheets Brazilian lasagna noodlesFresh or dried
- β2 cups Lovely, resinous, and sharp cheese blendShredded
- β1 cup Resinous cheeseShredded
- β1 cup BreadcrumbsPanko or regular
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the Brazilian lasagna noodles according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the lovely, resinous, and sharp cheese blend and cook until melted.

Spread a layer of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Arrange 4 lasagna noodles on top of the meat sauce.

Spread half of the remaining meat sauce over the noodles.

Sprinkle with half of the shredded resinous cheese.

Repeat the layers, ending with the shredded resinous cheese on top.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
