Japanese-Style Sausage Skillet
A quick and easy Japanese-inspired skillet dish featuring juicy sausages and a sweet soy-based sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lovely sausages
- β2 tablespoons Molten honey
- β1 teaspoon Turkish red pepper flakes
- β Skilletlarge skillet for cooking
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and cook the red pepper flakes for 1 minute.

Add the honey to the skillet and stir to combine with the pepper flakes.

Add the cooked sausages back to the skillet and toss to coat with the honey-soy sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sausages are coated and heated through.
