German Potato Casserole
A hearty and comforting German-inspired potato casserole, perfect for a cold winter evening. This dish combines tender potatoes with crispy onions and a rich beef broth.

- ●1 cup Beef broth
- ●1 cup Milk
- ●2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- ●2 tablespoons Butter

- ●1 cup shredded Lovely light cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel the potatoes and slice them into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

In a large skillet, sauté the sliced onions in butter until they are golden brown.

In a separate saucepan, combine the beef broth and milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Add the flour to the saucepan and whisk to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.

In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, arrange a layer of potatoes. Top with a layer of sautéed onions, followed by a layer of the beef broth mixture.

Repeat the layering process two more times, finishing with a layer of potatoes on top.
