Venezuelan Wrap
A delicious and healthy Venezuelan-inspired wrap filled with lovely leafy greens, savory venezuelan sausage, and sweet prunes.
Ingredients
- β4 oz Venezuelan sausagelook for gluten-free options
- β2 cups lovely leafy greenssuch as kale or spinach
- β1/4 cup pruneschopped
- β1 large wrapgluten-free or whole wheat
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
Instructions

1. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Cook the Venezuelan sausage until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the lovely leafy greens to the skillet and cook until wilted.

4. Add the chopped prunes to the skillet and stir to combine.

5. Warm the wrap in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

6. Assemble the wrap by placing the sausage and green mixture onto the center of the wrap.

7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

8. Fold the bottom edge of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.
