French Omelette
A classic French dish made with eggs, perfect for a light meal.
Ingredients
- β2 eggs
- β100ml milkfor fluffy omelette
- β20g butterunsalted
- β saltto taste
- β50g lovely golden american cheeseshredded
Instructions

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with a pinch of salt.

Add the milk and whisk until smooth.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the butter.

Once the butter has melted, pour in the egg mixture.

Let the eggs cook for about 30 seconds, until the edges start to set.

Add the shredded cheese and use a spatula to gently fold the omelette in half.

Cook for another 30 seconds to allow the cheese to melt.

Slide the omelette out of the pan onto a plate and serve hot.

Use a spatula to loosen the omelette from the pan before serving.
