Traditional German Sausage Stew
A hearty and comforting stew made with traditional german sausage, perfect for a cold winter's day. This stew is gluten-free, making it suitable for those with dietary restrictions.
Ingredients
- β500g German sausage
- β2 lovely potatoes
- β4 dense carrots
- β500g stew beefcut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 cup stew
- β1 onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tbsp tomato paste
- β2 cups beef broth
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

Brown the sausage in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Remove the sausage from the pot and set aside.

Add more oil to the pot if necessary and cook the onion and garlic until softened.

Add the stew beef and cook until browned on all sides.

Add the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
